What we collect
The public preview form asks for your name, work email, company, public company URL, and consent to be contacted. It does not accept uploads.
What not to send
Do not send security questionnaires, policies, audit reports, architecture diagrams, credentials, secrets, customer data, or other confidential material through this site or the public preview workflow.
How we use the information
We use these details to review your public trust footprint, respond to your request, operate the service, prevent misuse, and keep an accurate record of the inquiry. The preview relies on public-facing sources only.
Storage and sharing
Inquiry details are stored using our website infrastructure. We do not sell your personal information or add advertising trackers. Infrastructure providers may process technical logs needed to host and protect the site.
Retention and deletion
We keep inquiry details only as long as reasonably needed to respond, operate the service, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. To ask what we hold, correct it, or request deletion, email wwfjw@hotmail.com. We will honor deletion requests unless retention is legally required.
